What’s included in the tour?
Every tour includes a professional guide (except solo tours), a premium Kawasaki KRX 1000 UTV, fuel, and all necessary safety gear including helmets and goggles. We also provide integrated communication systems in every vehicle so you can stay connected with your guide throughout the journey.
What are the age and experience requirements?
Drivers must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license. No prior off-roading experience is required for our guided tours as our experts provide a full orientation and guide you along the tour. Passengers can be as young as 12 years old.
How long do the tours normally last?
Our standard guided tours typically last 4 hours. This includes the safety orientation and vehicle briefing. We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth check-in process.
What should I wear for my UTV adventure?
We recommend long pants, closed-toe shoes (boots are best), and layers to adjust to the changing mountain weather. It can get dusty or muddy depending on the season, so wear clothes you don't mind getting a little dirty. We provide the helmets and goggles!
What is the weather and cancellation policy?
Tours run rain or shine — muddy trails often make for the best adventures! However, in the event of extreme or unsafe weather conditions, we may cancel and provide a full refund or rescheduling options. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
How does the booking process work?
Booking is simple through our online portal. Select your tour type, date, and vehicle size (2-seat or 4-seat). After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with a digital waiver to sign. For Solo Rentals, please note the requirement of completing 3 guided tours first.
